  • Could you tell us about your department and your role?
  • I am part of the Design Department, assisting with client meetings and supporting projects from the initial concept through basic and detailed design. Until now, I have been learning a lot as part of a team, but this year, in my third year, I have been given my first project to handle independently. Although I am still nervous, I want to apply what I have learned, approach each task carefully, and continue growing.

  • What made you decide to join the company?
  • I have loved creating things since I was a child, which led me to become interested in the architecture industry. I was drawn to architectural design work because it allows me to be involved in the design aspect. When I saw the company’s website, I felt their strong focus on design, and I wanted to be part of a team that shapes such attractive spaces. That was the deciding factor for me.

  • How would you describe the atmosphere at the company?
  • Throughout the year, various events are organized, which allow me to interact not only with colleagues I don’t usually work closely with in the same office, but also with people from the Tokyo and Vietnam offices. Thanks to an environment where I can collaborate with supervisors, seniors, and juniors, I am able to stay motivated in my daily work.

  • Did you notice any differences between your expectations before joining and the reality after starting?
  • I had imagined that design work would mostly be done individually and quietly. In reality, we work as a team, so there is a lot of communication, and everything is explained thoroughly, which allows me to learn a great deal.

  • What do you think are the most appealing aspects of working at this company?
  • One of the most appealing aspects is the variety of experiences and opportunities for challenges in daily work. With the support of supervisors and senior colleagues, I often get to take on new tasks, which allows me to gradually improve my skills. This environment of continuous growth is very attractive.

  • Finally, what message would you like to share with people considering joining the company?
  • I still feel that my knowledge and experience are limited, but I can see myself gradually improving by working earnestly. As long as you have a genuine interest in design and the desire to try, I believe you can take on many challenges at this company.
