From October 31 to November 2, 2025, our team visited Da Nang, Vietnam for a three-day training trip.
The program began with team-building activities on the beach, where members were divided into four groups to engage in several competitions. Despite occasional rain, everyone worked together and strengthened their sense of unity through collaborative effort.
Our company gathering, held on October 31, coincided with Halloween. Some participants joined in costume, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that fostered communication and connections between participants from different departments and offices.
During the city tour, we visited several notable sites including the photogenic pink Da Nang Cathedral and the Marble Mountains, known as a spiritual power spot.
We also explored distinctive architectural works within the city, such as Naman Retreat and Chicland Hotel, designed by renowned Vietnamese architect Vo Trong Nghia. His signature bamboo architecture and the fusion of traditional Vietnamese elements with contemporary design offered participants valuable inspiration and new perspectives.
This training trip served as a meaningful opportunity for the Osaka, Tokyo, and Vietnam offices to come together, deepening mutual understanding and strengthening our connections across regions.
We look forward to applying the insights gained through this experience to future projects and design activities.
