On November 14, 2025, we held a job offer ceremony at our Tokyo and Osaka offices, welcoming those who are scheduled to join our company next spring.
On the day, we introduced our vision, our approach to design and craftsmanship, and our work environment, which values individual discretion and encourages proactive challenges. By sharing our attitude toward design and our culture of creating value as a team, we hope the attendees were able to gain a clear image of what it will be like to work with us.
In addition, our executives and senior staff spoke directly about their day-to-day work and the sense of fulfillment that comes from being entrusted with meaningful responsibilities from an early stage. The sincerity and enthusiasm shown by the prospective employees left a strong impression.
