Joined in 2021 Born May 1999 Tokyo Office Planning Division- What made you choose this company?
I chose this company because I can be involved in designing large-scale buildings like apartment complexes and hotels, and participate in projects from the planning phase through to the design stage.
- What's the company atmosphere like?
How do you feel about your coworkers? They’re incredibly kind! I think it’s an environment where you can easily ask questions when you’re unsure about something. Many people have a good sense of humor, which makes work enjoyable.
- Could you tell us about your responsibilities,
role, and what you find fulfilling about your work? Currently, I’m researching regulations and guidelines that need to be considered before starting building design. Since this is the initial stage of design, I feel a strong sense of responsibility to avoid any misunderstandings. I find it fulfilling that I can absorb new knowledge every day.
- Through your current work,
how do you feel you've changed or grown? I feel more confident as my knowledge has increased. Before, there were many things I didn’t understand, and I often missed opportunities to share my opinions. But now that I’m learning so much, I feel more confident about speaking up.
- Do you have a message for
students who are job hunting? I think it’s most important to think for yourself. The more you question yourself about what you want to do and whether your choices are right for you, the more you’ll develop your own unique thoughts and convictions that no one can challenge. Once you have those, you’ll be fine! I’m rooting for you to have a wonderful professional life.
