  • What made you choose this company?

  • I wanted to design large-scale properties like apartment buildings and hotels.

  • What's the company atmosphere like?
    How do you feel about your coworkers?

  • I think we have a well-balanced atmosphere. I work in a team where supervisors are approachable for questions, and I appreciate how our junior staff members show their dedication to work.

  • Could you tell us about your responsibilities, role,
    and what you find fulfilling about your work?

  • I work in design. I find it fulfilling to think about the residents when making design proposals and creating apartment layout plans.

  • Through your current work,
    how do you feel you've changed or grown?

  • I used to struggle with communicating my ideas to others, but now my mindset has changed to thinking about how I can effectively communicate to achieve what I want to do. I think this is where I’ve grown and changed the most.

  • Do you have a message for
    students who are job hunting?

  • Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, and I think many of you are wondering what you want to do or what you’re capable of. I felt the same way. However, as you work seriously in your professional life, both your capabilities and aspirations will continue to grow. As someone who’s already in the workforce, I hope you all find good companies to work for. Thank you for reading this far.
