  • What made you choose this company?
  • I wanted to learn about the design process for large buildings while being involved in residential projects, particularly understanding what it entails and what the work involves.

  • What's the company atmosphere like?
How do you feel about your coworkers?
  • My first impression of the overall atmosphere was that it was “quiet.” However, when you talk with people individually, most are very approachable. The age range is quite broad, from early 20s to my father’s generation. Despite the age differences, I see it as an advantage to have opportunities to talk with people from different generations as it often brings new perspectives. I’m currently in a three-person team with my supervisor and a senior colleague. Even outside our team, everyone responds sincerely to my detailed questions and basic inquiries, providing excellent guidance in a supportive environment.

  • Could you tell us about your responsibilities, role,
and what you find fulfilling about your work?
  • I assist my supervisor with their project designs. This includes design development, apartment layout planning, and general permit application work. Being given opportunities to think about designs and actual floor plans from an early stage has been motivating and very fulfilling. Currently, I’m mainly working on permit applications, and every day is a learning experience with room for reflection.

  • Through your current work,
how do you feel you've changed or grown?
  • Although I’m only in my second year and can’t claim too many changes yet, I’ve developed a stronger sense of professional responsibility after observing how others handle their work with dedication and following basic workplace protocols. Going forward, I want to reflect daily on how I can develop and what I should become.

  • Do you have a message for
    students who are job hunting?
  • I think this is a company with excellent interpersonal relationships. If you’re interested, I’d be happy if you could attend our company information sessions to learn more.
