Interview

I am currently working in the Design Department, where I am responsible for basic and detailed design while holding meetings with clients. I constantly strive to improve my skills, experimenting and refining ideas to create the best possible designs within the constraints of laws and regulations. It is extremely rewarding when the clients approve and appreciate the designs and plans I propose.

I wanted to work on medium to large-scale projects where I could handle the overall design while also focusing on the details. Among the many architectural design firms, I was looking for one that emphasized both project scale and design, and that was when I found an opportunity to join this company.

The atmosphere isn’t overly formal; sometimes people joke around, and other times they are serious, making it easy to communicate. It is also easy to ask questions to people outside of your team, which allows you to hear a variety of opinions.

In the design industry, I had imagined that many people would have a craftsman-like mentality and quietly focus on their work. However, I was warmly welcomed here, which allowed me to adapt to the company environment very quickly.

One of the most appealing aspects of working here is that people with different perspectives work in the same environment, which allows you to learn various ways of thinking and approaches to work. You can absorb these different viewpoints and find your own answers, making it an environment where you can develop your own way of thinking.

I think everyone has different priorities when choosing a company to join. However, this is an environment where it is easy to put your ideas into action, which makes it a very comfortable and supportive place to work.
