Interview

I belong to the International Design Department and serve as a liaison between the headquarters and our Vietnam office. I discuss project details and schedules with headquarters, then communicate the finalized plans to the team in Vietnam to move the projects forward. I also review completed renderings and drawings, making corrections or additions as needed.

It was the Japanese manager I met during the final interview. I was impressed by their extensive knowledge, approachable manner, and the way they treated everyone with care. Seeing them speak Vietnamese fluently also inspired me to want to work using a foreign language.

The company has a strong professional mindset, and everyone takes their responsibilities seriously. At the same time, it’s easy to ask questions and confirm details, which makes it a smooth and efficient environment to work in.

The projects turned out to be larger in scale than I had imagined, and I felt a strong sense of responsibility. Before joining, I didn’t expect to be involved in large-scale projects such as luxury apartments, hotels, or care facilities.

I am attracted to an environment where we support each other like a family, learn together daily, and grow alongside one another.
