We are pleased to announce that The Parkhabio Meguro Place, a project for which we provided design and supervision services, has been featured in the March 2026 issue of KINDAIKENCHIKU.
This project is a residential development located within walking distance of Meguro Station, offering both urban convenience and proximity to nature along the Meguro River. It was designed to support a lifestyle that balances the efficiency of weekdays with the leisure of weekends, responding to the diverse rhythms of contemporary urban living.
The exterior and common areas are based on a white color scheme, enriched with materials such as metal mesh and wood textures to create a balance between softness and clarity. In addition, materials and planting were carefully selected to reflect a sense of seasonality and harmony with the surrounding environment.
In the residential units, an out-frame structure and inverted beam system were adopted to maximize spatial openness and flexibility. A variety of unit types accommodates different lifestyles, while features such as smart home systems and refrigerated delivery lockers enhance everyday convenience.
The article introduces the project in detail, covering its background, design concept, and spatial composition.
We invite you to take a look.
We will continue to pursue the creation of high-quality living environments that harmonize with the urban context.
