On April 1, 2026, we held our entrance ceremony and welcomed six new employees—three in our Osaka office and three in our Tokyo office.
During the ceremony, our President delivered a warm message to the new members as they begin this new chapter in their professional careers. He spoke about the mindset required as working professionals and shared his expectations for their growth within the company. Each new employee listened attentively with a strong sense of purpose.
Through messages from senior staff and self-introductions and statements of intent from the new employees, the occasion provided an opportunity to engage with diverse perspectives and ways of thinking.
As different values and ideas overlap, new spaces and concepts begin to take shape—this moment reflected such potential.
We hope that these first steps, still without a defined outline, will gradually take form and become part of the landscape.
