- What made you choose this company?
I chose this company because I can be involved in large-scale projects like apartment buildings and hotels from the design phase through completion. This allows me to learn various aspects, including the entire process and crucial design considerations. Also, since young employees can be involved from early on, I felt I wouldn’t have to worry about hitting a ceiling in my professional growth.
- What's the company atmosphere like?
How do you feel about your coworkers? The office has a bright atmosphere because there are people you can talk to about everything from casual topics to serious matters. Many people are approachable, so I can ask questions even to those outside my team and get various perspectives.
- Could you tell us about your responsibilities, role,
and what you find fulfilling about your work? I feel a sense of responsibility because I need to first understand the relevant regulations for each project before sharing them with clients and design teams.
- Through your current work,
how do you feel you've changed or grown? I’ve started taking more notes to better understand things and asking questions to various people. Also, since there’s so much to learn, I can genuinely feel my knowledge base expanding.
- Do you have a message for
students who are job hunting? I think everyone has different priorities when it comes to job hunting. However, if you compromise during your job search, you might end up with an unsatisfying professional life. That’s why I think it’s important to clearly define your objectives for job hunting. I’m rooting for all of you to find satisfying careers that you won’t regret.
